Our Story
A family’s promise, passed down with love.
In 1984, Shabbir Husain Kothawala planted a small seed of a dream — guiding people through the maze of passport paperwork as one of Maharashtra’s few authorised government agents trusted to submit passport applications on their behalf. Word spread across every corner of the state, and soon even fellow agents were sending their own clients to him — not because they had to, but because they trusted him completely.
What began as paperwork became a calling. His dream was simple yet profound: that every person should be able to travel hassle-free, and in doing so, create memories with parents who won’t be around forever, children who grow up too fast, and partners who deserve a honeymoon to remember. Today we carry that dream forward — having had the honour of serving more than 4,000 travellers, and specialising in the magic of Dubai and the breathtaking soul of Kashmir.

1984
The Beginning
Amravati, Maharashtra
Our story starts modestly, with our very first office opening in Amravati. It was here that the foundation of trust, service, and dedication to travellers was first laid.
1992
Roots Deepen
Nagpur
Eight years in, we took our biggest step yet, establishing our second office and main branch in Nagpur — the base from which we'd go on to serve travellers across the region.
The Years That Followed
A Mission Takes Shape
Our purpose crystallised: to transform the lives of our travellers. We built our services around what people actually needed — Air Tickets, Hotel Accommodations, Visa assistance, curated Dubai packages, and unforgettable Kashmir tour packages.

Juzar Kothawala
Carrying Forward a Legacy of Trust
Inspired by his father’s lifelong vision of helping people discover the world, Juzar stepped into the business in 2011, carrying forward not just a profession, but a mission. Before travel became his life’s work, he spent eight fulfilling years in the noble profession of teaching — before realising his true calling lay in a different kind of teaching: helping travellers see the world.
He holds a graduation degree from IGNOU University and a specialised Diploma in IATA, and has personally travelled to numerous countries around the world — so every itinerary he creates is guided by genuine insight, not guesswork. Behind every step of this mission stands his wife, a true partner by his side.
